Cancellation Policy

Our policy

We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances arise, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To ensure we can accommodate all of our clients effectively, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

  • 24-Hour Notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide us with at least 24 hours' notice.

  • Late Cancellations and No-Shows: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, as well as no-shows, will incur a cancellation fee of $50.

  • Rescheduling: If you reschedule your appointment within the 24-hour window, the $50 fee may be waived at our discretion, provided the new appointment is within a reasonable timeframe.

  • Payment: The cancellation fee will be required to be paid before scheduling your next service appointment.
